Club officehouse rules

These rules govern the use of the club office and its shared spaces.

Their purpose is to provide a welcoming, safe and orderly environment for all club members and guests.

Every visitor to the club office is considered familiar with these rules and is expected to follow them.

The club office is intended for:

• club members;
• guests authorised by a member or the Management Board;
• participants in organised events and training sessions.

On their first visit, newcomers must:

• familiarise themselves with these rules;
• follow the instructions of the member on duty or the host.

Respectful and collegial conduct is required in the club office.

The following are prohibited:

• insulting, aggressive or discriminatory remarks;
• conflicts that disturb others;
• conduct that damages the club’s reputation.

Disputes and disagreements must be resolved calmly and constructively.

Everyone must:

• clean up after themselves;
• dispose of waste in the designated places;
• clean tables, chairs and work surfaces after use.

The following are prohibited:

• leaving personal belongings unattended for long periods;
• storing personal or third-party equipment without permission.

Club equipment (tables, chairs, appliances, tools and other items) may only be used for its intended purpose.

Everyone is responsible for the items they use.

In the event of damage or loss:

• the responsible person must be notified immediately;
• deliberate damage must be compensated by the person responsible.

Alcohol may be consumed in the club office only during events and in moderation.

The following are prohibited:

• consuming alcohol before flying activities;
• using narcotic or prohibited substances;
• smoking indoors (smoking is permitted only outside, away from aircraft and flying equipment).

Noise levels must take account of:

• other people present;
• meetings, training sessions or briefings in progress.

Music may be played only with the agreement of those present.

Each member is responsible for the conduct of their guests.

Guests must comply with all club rules.

The Management Board may refuse access to anyone who does not comply with these rules.

The following are prohibited:

• blocking exits and evacuation routes;
• using electrical appliances without permission;
• handling equipment without the necessary knowledge.

In the event of an incident or hazardous situation:

• notify the responsible person immediately;
• follow the safety instructions.

Failure to comply with these rules may result in:

• a verbal warning;
• temporary restriction of access;
• exclusion from club activities;
• other measures determined by the Management Board.

These rules enter into force on the date of their approval.

They are publicly available in the club office and/or online.

The purpose of these rules is not to impose restrictions, but to create a welcoming and safe club environment.
